To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:
- Check your Wi-Fi network- make sure it is a 2.4 GHz network (not 5 GHz), then check the signal strength and internet connectivity.
- Reboot the device by unplugging it from the power supply and then plugging it back in.
- Close the mobile app on your phone and reopen the app.
- Try to re-pair according to the pairing instructions in the app.
