To pair the device with a different account, you will need to reset the device and re-pair it with your mobile phone by following these steps:
Make sure you are signed into the new account you wish to pair with in the Vayyar Care mobile app.
- Hold down the device button for 30 seconds and release it.
- Wait for the light to flash red and then white.
- Once the light has stopped flashing red and white, try placing the device in pairing mode again by holding down the device button for 5 seconds and releasing it. If the light is now flashing blue, continue by following the pairing instructions in the app.
